1. Side mounted electric cutter (Side Cutter)
Structure and Installation:
• The cutter is installed horizontally on the side of the electric river sand pump and align with the suction inlet of slurry pump.
• It is connnected with flange by unyielding support, the cutter axle linked with the motor outside the heavty duty electric river sand drege pump casing.
• The cutter parallel with the rotation of pump axle and formed horizontal stir zone.
Key Features:
• It is very suitable for vertical limited narrow space.
• Prevent the big fragment entering into the pump suction inlet and agitate the solids settlement around the pump side.
• Preprocessing the solid particles before entering into the pump and decrease the impeller wear.

2. Double side electric cutters (dual-side cutters)
Structure and Installation:
• The two cutters installed on the side of the pump symmetrically for horizontal and vertical agitation.
• Usually equipped one cutter installed on the bottom of the pump and the other cutter on the side, or equipped with double side cutters to stir more widely.
• The electric motor drive every cutter, achieve synchronous or alternate running.
Key Features:
• Provice 360 degree agatation and effectively in mixed solid enviroments(such as flotations and sediments)
• Imporve the pumping consistency in large varing mud situations.R
• Reduce the risk of pump clog in complex topography.
