Hydroman^® Submersible Drainage Irrigation Deep Well Water Pump Technical Requirements

• The mating surfaces of the impeller and the guide shell must be coated with butter during assembly.

• After assembly, the pump shaft is required to start from the lower end 0, and the axial displacement downward shall not be less than 2.5mm, and the upward displacement shall not be less than 1.5mm.

• Afer assembly, the pump shaft should rotate flexibly without any jamming.

• The bolts, nuts and screws used for assembly should be galvanized for rust prevention.

• After the pump test, the water in the inner cavity should be removed and anti-rust treatment should be performed.

• The surface treatment of the pump should be beautifuland elegant, without any bumps.

• Well diameter inspection
Before installing pump set, check whether the well diameter meets the requirements of the unit frame number. The well wall pipe should be straight so that the electric pump can move up and down freely in the well.
• Well washing
Newly dug wells must be washed and the mud and sand in the well must be removed before the TQJ submersible electric pump can be installed.
• Check the water quality
Check the water quality of the well according to the requirements of the use conditions. If the water quality exceeds the specified range, it will cause rapid wear and corrosion of the pump flow area and shaft, affecting the life of the electric pump.
• Inspection of the well platform
Inspect whether the well platform can bear the weight of the entire unit.
