Hydroman® Submersible Waste Dirty Water Dewatering Grinder Cutter Pumps are specifically engineered for handling wastewater with high solid content, fibrous materials, and organic matter in municipal, industrial, and commercial applications. Equipped with a heavy-duty grinding and cutting mechanism, hydroman® submersible sewage pumps break down solids before pumping, ensuring clog-free and reliable operation in even the harshest environments.
Ideal for sewage systems, wastewater lift stations, slaughterhouses, food processing plants, and other facilities where solids must be reduced before discharge or treatment.
• Bearing: Imported SKF bearings or NTN bearings are selected. Its reasonable bearing configuration can extend the service life of the pump.
• Motor: The motor is of H-class insulation, with a maximum operating temperature of 155℃. The effective sealing ensures that the motor's protection class is IP68
• Impeller: Optimized in design, it conveys liquid at the best flow rate and speed with maximum efficiency to prevent clogging. Each working sedimentation point has a corresponding impeller available for selection.
Depending on the medium being pumped, there are single-channel, double-channel and three-blade impellers available for selection.
• Mechanical seal: German Bogmann mechanical seal is selected. Two mechanical seals are connected in series and work independently. Seal the motor from the pump to provide double protection for the motor
The material of the pump side is tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide, and that of the motor side is graphite/silicon carbide.
• Pump Casing: CAD/CAM technology is adopted to ensure the pump body has the highest efficiency and the least wear.

Hardened stainless steel rotating cutters chop rags, wipes, plastic, and organic solids into pumpable slurry.

Pump casing and impeller made from wear-resistant high-chrome alloy or cast iron for durability in abrasive conditions.
